About Me
Tyler Walls
Dad. musician. teacher. life coach
I have always been very motivated by connection and relationships. As long as I can remember, I have endeavored to connect deeply with people in my life, and found that surface level relationships, or relationships lacking depth, were not life-giving to me, personally. I learned early on that each and every human being is only on this globe one time, and for a very finite amount of time. This realization has motivated me to get as much out of my life on Earth as possible. My passion for growth and fulfillment deepened as I completed my Bachelor's in Psychology, and was further strengthened after graduating with a Master's in Education with a focus on adult learning.
It wasn't until my son, Lincoln, was born that I began to research emotional intelligence. Lincoln is extremely emotionally intelligent and always has been - this fascinated me. His ability to connect, intuit, and communicate his own needs and those around him is truly awe-inspiring to me. My desire to understand him, and to be the best father I could be, led me to pursue a certification in coaching, so that I could guide others in raising their own emotional intelligence (EQ).
I am very grateful that I have acquired the knowledge and skill set to help others improve their own ability to understand, process, and productively act upon their own emotions with the intention of strengthening the most important relationships in their lives.
